RE-ENROLMENT
Thank you for your interest in our programmes. We trust you and your child have benefited from our first class facility and coaching. We need to know whether or not you are returning next term.Please complete our re-enrolment form (link above) sign it and return to reception with payment. Placement in the class is not confirmed until payment is received.
PAYMENT OF TERM FEES
Payment is required upon Enrolment for all our Recreation, Pre School and Learn To Bounce Classes We are a non profit organisation with 1500 members and must streamline our administration procedures and accounting practices. Invoices/statements will no longer be issued. A receipt will be issued upon payment of your term fees.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION – REFUND POLICY
There are no refunds or credits if you withdraw from or miss classes. Bookings are for the term. Refunds will only be given before the beginning of term. We must have a minimum of 36 hours notice prior to the first class. There is also a $10 administration fee.
PARENT AND CAREGIVER DECLARATION
By enrolling your child in one of our recreation programmes you understand that:
1. You have given permission for your child to be photographed / videoed while participating in club activities and consent to these being used for publicity if required.
2. You have given permission for your child to receive medical/ambulance assistance in case of emergency and agree to pay any costs incurred.
3. You may access your child’s personal information held by the club.
4. A formal registration policy is recorded and is available upon request.
5. That information provided when you enrol is complete and correct (to the best of your knowledge) and that you undertake to advise the club promptly of any changes.
