Recreation Trampoline

Recreation Trampoline is a programme which teaches the basics of trampolining and double mini tramp, whether it be for fun and safety on the backyard trampoline or with the goal to progress into our  competitive training squads.  Classes for children under 6 years run for a 1/2 hour, while classes for children 7yrs and over are held for 1 hour.  Advanced classes are by selection and are held for 2 hours.

All classes are taught by certified instructors holding a minimum of Trampoline Level 1/GSNZ Basic Skills Coach,  and first aid certification.

Jumping Gym Fun

18months to 4 yrs ($103.00 / 50 minutes per week / 9 weeks)

Structured, Parented Gymnastics and Trampolining class

Tues 10:00-11:00 (18 months to 3 years)
Tues 11:00-12:00 (3 and 4 years)

Junior Jumpers

3 to 6 yrs ($77.50 / 30 minutes per week / 9 weeks)

Introduction to basic skills of trampolining, jumps and shapes, safe landings, and skill combinations.

Wed 3.30-4.00pm (3 to 6 yrs) 

Sat 9.00-9.30am (3 to 5 yrs)

Sat 9.30-10.00am (4 to 6yrs)

Recreation Trampoline

Must be Yellow Badge or higher or by coach recommendation.
Participation in this class is by selection only.

Wed 6.00-8.00pm

Friday 5:30-7:30pm

Sat 12.30-2.30pm 

Prices include $6.00 GSNZ affiliation fee.  

Competitive Trampoline

Pre-Competitive, Junior, Intermediate, and Advanced competitive squads are by selection only.
