Our preschool programme caters for children aged 18 months to 5 yrs, teaching basic movement and beginner skills of Gymnastics and Trampolining. Classes are conducted on full sized competitive apparatus as well as modified child-safe equipment, such as padded slopes and our fantastic foam pit. Classes begin with a group warm up, usually to music, and is followed by lots of exciting activities and gymnastic skills to assist development of hand-eye coordination, rhythm, balance and cooperation. After a fun-filled class we finish with an action song and a cool-down stretch.
Kinderfun
Parent/Caregiver required, guided exploration (non-structured)
KinderFun: walking - 4 yrs
Kindergym / Kindercracker
Kindergym: 2.5yrs-4yrs (parent/caregiver required)
Kindercracker: 4yrs only (non-parented)
Jumping Gym Fun /Junior Jumpers
Parent/caregiver required
Jumping Gym Fun: 18 months to 4 years
Fun combination of gymnastics and trampoline basics
Introduction to jumping, safe landing, trampoline safety & general coordination.
Junior Jumpers: 3 to 6 yrs
Introduction to the basic skills of trampolining, jumps and shapes, safe landings, skill combinations

CSG reserves the right to cancel any class that does not have a sufficient number of registrations. Participants families will be notified and the chilldren given a different class option should this occur.
WHAT TO WEAR - leotards are preferred but stretchy close fitting shorts or leggings and t-shirt are acceptable (no skirts). All gymnasts participate in bare feet. Trampolinists must wear clean, white socks.
In winter months, track pants are fine as long as they do not cover the feet. A skivvy top is also a good idea.
Please, no costumes, capes, belts, buckles, zippers, jewellery, or any items that can scratch the gymnast, the coach, or the equipment!
