CSG prides itself on its competitive excellence! We are the winningest club in New Zealand, with numerous titles in WAG, MAG and TRA at the 2010 National Championships.
Interested in joining our competitive programme?
- Squad tryouts are held each year towards the end of Term 3. Please register at reception, or email admin@chchgymnastics.co.nz to be added to the try out list. Times TBA.
- moving to Christchurch and transferring from another clubs competitive programme? Email on admin@chchgymnastics.co.nz and let us know when you are arriving. We will then have one of our competitive coaches assess your gymnast to assign the appropriate level / programme for your gymnast. Please note that there is a transfer fee applied to all new gymnasts who transfer mid season as they have not participated in club fundraising, yet may benefit from it.
Uniforms 2011
- For gymnasts who will be wearing the same leotard as last season, please check the fit – if unsure, please send the leotard to training with your child and have a coach check the fit. Also please check tracksuits.
- If anyone has uniform items for sale, please email details (uniform item, size, name and price) to griff.lynda@xtra.co.nz so we can create a database and match uniform to people. We will gather all the uniform items together and swap them around as soon as is practicable.
- If you have dropped uniform items into CSG, and your uniform has sold, you can pick up your selling fee from reception at your convenience. If it has not yet sold, your uniform will be held by us for sale.
- A reminder that for WAG, the Junior leotard will be worn by those girls doing IDP 1 and Steps 1-4; the Intermediate leotard will be worn by the girls doing IDP 3 and Steps 5 and 6; and the Senior leotard will be for all girls in IDP 5 and up and Step 7 and up.
