Gymnastics Year Gets Underway.

Level 4 Boys win Bronze Medal at Nationals 2002

Led by 8-year-old Aaron Clutterbuck, the Canterbury MAG 4 team took the Bronze team medal at National Championships 2002, Auckland. Aaron, one of the two youngest competitors, finished 4th overall.

Ashley Sargeant and Keagan Smith, CSG teammates, and Kieran Growcott from the Alpha club were the other medal winners on the team. This was the first National Championships for our young MAG gymnasts and it confirmed what we already knew — they can compete with the best in New Zealand.

Congratulations to our CSG gymnasts and their dedicated coach Alick Warburton. The CSG MAG programme is booming. We foresee CSG as one of the largest and best MAG clubs in the country over the next few years.
