Studied at the Institute of Physical Education, Bucharest
Taught PE in Gheorgheni at “Salamon Erno”High School, while coaching gymnastics at the Sport School.
From the mid 70’s until 1996 produced many Romanian champions and won many international competitions
1993 - Romanian Junior National Coach.
His gymnast Marius Urzica won the Junior European Championships on Pommel Horse.
& in 1994 – Marius Urzica world champion on Pommel Horse in Brisbane
1993 – 1996 – coach for the Romanian National Team
1995 – the National Team won bronze medal in Sabae, Japan – this is the Romanian men’s gymnastics’ best ever result
1996 – on the Atlanta Olympics Marius Urzica won silver medal on Pommel Horse and Dan Burinca also silver medal on Rings
1996 – 2006 – Head Coach at Fromeside Gymnastics Club in Bristol,
2006 – MAG Head Coach , CSG.
2007 - Head Coach MAG and WAG, CSG
